Forage & Fromage outline below the relevant terms and conditions of our products and services.

Terms & Conditions

Dietary Requirements

We understand the importance of dietary requirements or requests, and we will do our best to cater accordingly with sufficient notice within the given time frame. Please note that additional charges may apply for the provision of applicable produce, such as gluten-free items. These charges will be quoted upon request and must be accepted prior to the client's booking confirmation.

Customers are required to specify their relevant dietary requirements or preferences at the time of purchase online or inform us at least 7 days prior to their event (No Fuss Flat Lays).

Please be aware that once the food is delivered or served, Forage & Fromage cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination with other products. Guests with known allergies should be advised of this possibility and consume the food at their own risk. Additionally, we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for the potential occurrence of cross-contaminated food sourced and supplied from external sources.

Food Handling & Management

We strictly adhere to product recall procedures, as well as food storage and handling practices. Our staff hold current food safety and handling certificates.

Client Responsibilities

1. Customers are required to accept the service terms and conditions prior to confirming their booking.

2. If applicable, Forage & Fromage will provide the agreed-upon No Fuss Flat Lay equipment, such as dip bowls and cheese knives. This will be discussed at the time of service and confirmed during the booking process.

3. Customers are responsible for communicating and confirming any known dietary requirements or allergies to Forage & Fromage.

4. In the event that equipment is hired from Forage & Fromage, customers must ensure that the equipment is cleaned and packed up ready for collection after the event. It is important to remove any remaining food or scraps from the equipment.

5. Customers accept responsibility for any broken or damaged equipment and will be charged for the necessary repairs or replacement post-event.

Changes & Return Policy

1. Prices listed are exclusive of GST (not registered).

2. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card (subject to a 2.2% fee), or in cash.

3. For No Fuss Flat Lay and other catering bookings, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event. Late payments will result in additional charges.

4. Please note that No Fuss Flat Lay bookings are non-refundable. However, bookings may be rescheduled with 14 days' notice prior to the event, subject to availability and at the discretion of Forage & Fromage.

5. For Grazing Boxes, full payment is required at the time of booking through the online store. Refunds or credits may be provided at the discretion of Forage & Fromage under the following circumstances:

• Orders canceled outside of 72 hours prior to the fulfillment date.
• The order did not match the product description as outlined at the time of purchasing.
• The intended recipient is unable to accept the original order; credit can be given in this situation.

Delivery Charges & Conditions

1. Grazing Box delivery charges range from $15 - $25 depending on the suburb/zone.

2. Deliveries that are beyond a 10km radius of Perth CBD may be automatically rejected, and a refund will be issued due to unavailability. To confirm delivery in these cases, we recommend contacting us via email at hello@forageandfromage.com

3. Customers have the option to change or update the delivery address at any stage by contacting Forage & Fromage at least 24 hours prior to the intended delivery date. Please note that updated addresses outside the normal zone may be subject to additional fees or cancellations.

Alcohol Purchases

1. Alcohol products advertised for sale by Forage & Fromage can only be purchased in conjunction with a food or edible product, such as a Grazing Box, and solely for the purpose of third-party gifting.

2. Customers are prohibited from purchasing alcohol for personal consumption and must provide a delivery address different from their own during checkout and payment.

3. Forage & Fromage will contact customers during checkout to verify the age of the gift recipient, as it is illegal in Australia to buy, sell, or supply alcohol to individuals under the age of 18.

4. Gift orders containing alcohol will include wrapping.

5. Delivery of the gift will be made between 7am and 7pm only.

6. Customers are limited to one bottle per person or per gift and order.

7. Orders containing alcohol that do not meet the strict requirements mentioned above will be promptly declined and refunded via the Online Store.
